Calivon is a free, browser-based measurement tool. You may use it for personal, educational, or commercial purposes. You agree not to:

- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service in a way that places excessive load on our infrastructure
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the Service as your own product without permission
3. Accuracy of Measurements
The Service provides measurement estimates based on your screen's reported pixel density and any calibration you apply. Results are intended for general reference and convenience. Calivon makes no warranty that measurements are suitable for precision engineering, medical, legal, or safety-critical applications. Always verify critical measurements with a calibrated physical instrument.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding on Calivon are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent. The embed feature is provided to allow you to display the ruler on your own site — this does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
